The largest and best-selling category, and Barum QUARTARIS 5 belongs to it. No single property is pushed here at the expense of the others — comfort, grip, noise and tread life keep a sensible balance. For most drivers it is the safest bet: the tyre behaves predictably in the dry and in the wet and covers a decent number of kilometres.

Very good tires for low price
I have bought the tires in 2021 and have drivven them for 6 seasons (3 summers and 3 winters). After 50 000 km, the rubber is still soft and tread depth is 4.5 mm.
I have chosen the tire because the tread pattern is winter-like, with the ideas to use the tires all year round.
They are good in dry, rain, snow - no problem to climb in snow conditions to top of the mountain and return back.
The only weakness, as almost all tires, is when the asphalt is getting wet. but not wetted (when the rain is starting). This is a slippery condition. When it is raining, the tires are fine.
I recommend the tires for the usr who would like an all-year-fighter. I will compare the tire with Kleber Quadraxer 3 later, I will also try them. It has a better class B for wet, but no such winter-like pattern, so I guess the Klebers are not so good on snow.
very good comfort and stability on open road and curves....i already have them on the car so far 10000km and i fully recommend them
Got the tires as a good, mid range option. Opted for all seasons since i wanted to keep the costs down. All in all, in casual, easy driving they perform perfectly fine but as soon as you start driving hard they start to slide in places where other cars will easily find traction. A medium curve will have you squeaking and sliding if you don’t pay attention. I have lost traction at city speeds in rain, a few times in a turn from stop lights - without driving any faster than other traffic. In snow the grip was allright, nothing special. Winter tires blew them out of the water. I could be too harsh as they are very narrow. I can’t speak about wider sizes. I wouldn’t get them again, at least in the same size as it is not very safe for anything else than slow cautious trips.
Super comfortable tires. They rustle slightly in the water, but it's a nice whistle.
