The largest and best-selling category, and Bridgestone WEATHER CONTROL A005 EVO belongs to it. No single property is pushed here at the expense of the others — comfort, grip, noise and tread life keep a sensible balance. For most drivers it is the safest bet: the tyre behaves predictably in the dry and in the wet and covers a decent number of kilometres.

What owners say
Mounted them as front tyres on a ford puma as they seemed good value and from respectable brand. However, 7 months in and approximately 13-15000 miles and they had to be changed, as they were on 2 mm already. Absolutely dissapointed and would not ever reccomend to anyone. The car had a very slight misallignment, but nothing too drastic.
Tyres have now been discontinued by Bridgestone as they were so poor. Very fast wear, barely lasted 15k miles.
Almost no grip in wet or snow.
No other tyre compares with this one on wet, even on wet dirty roads, great handling even in a huge storm and heavy rain.
Purchased as the car already had them fitted all round. Replaced the rears in October and on legal limit by end of January. Approximately 200 miles of responsible driving. Rubbish tyres will now replace all four!
Bought these tyres as wanted something more robust to resist stone punctures that I was getting regularly with Conti Ecocontact 6s. Solved the puncture issue and they have better grip in the wet than the Contis, but the wear is terrible. 8000 miles and they are on the legal limit, what the hell! That is pure winter trye territory tbh. Poor overall.
