A standard tyre with an added dose of sportiness — Hankook K117 ventus S1 evo2 is one of them. The basis stays balanced: comfort, quietness and tread life at the level of an ordinary tyre. The manufacturer adds a stiffer sidewall or a grippier compound, so the response is sharper at speed and through corners. The ideal is that none of it comes out of the tyre's mileage.

What owners say
Only driving to work on flat covered road including express road. One of new tyres got completely flat so had to get replaced only after driven 4 month (under 300km) of new car. Two front tyres completely worn out below legal limit with 25,000km. Absolutely rubbish in quality, and we feel A4 is lower in grade than other premium cars on the market.
11000 miles since being fitted, and both front tyres on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe are not far off the wear indicators. Would have expected a higher mileage from them, especially as the majority of the vehicles use is motorway driving.
these are the OEM tyres on the BMW 520 year 2020. Amazing in everything. Had to change due after 5 years of fit.

Very impressed for the cost of the tire. Wear is weak
I have this tires since 2020 and I drive with them around 27.000km and still they have 6mm tread thickness, but one tire is damaged, some wires inside him brake down and now I have an uneven rolling surface. At around 35kmh I have a bumpy ride and I have the feeling that the tarmac is waved and because of this problem, at 130kmh I have a vibration on the hole car.
I would say that this tires are maximum OK. But I will go back to Continental and Michelin.
