The largest and best-selling category, and Hankook RA43 DYNAPRO HPX belongs to it. No single property is pushed here at the expense of the others — comfort, grip, noise and tread life keep a sensible balance. For most drivers it is the safest bet: the tyre behaves predictably in the dry and in the wet and covers a decent number of kilometres.

What owners say
Bought the Dynapro HPX looking for economical quiet comfortable tires. They are not quiet nor comfortable. It is the loudest tires I've used and not the cheapest (used the ContisportContact 5; IOTA ST68; Goodyear Assurance MaxGuard SUV. Not going to compare comfort and noise levels of these tires to the contisports due to different price points). The HPX is on the firmer side, but not as durable as the goodyears which are much more comfortable but still firm. Body roll and handling is pretty good with the HPX. Dry and wet grip is almost identical to the CC5s which is unexpectedly pleasant, no aquaplaning despite heavy rain. Do buy if you're looking for handling and grip. But absolutely not if you're looking for comfort and durability.
