No single property is pushed here at the expense of the others — comfort, grip, noise and tread life keep a sensible balance. For most drivers it is the safest bet: the tyre behaves predictably in the dry and in the wet and covers a decent number of kilometres.

What owners say
Previous owner put these awful tyres on the back of the car. I don’t drive fast, so really can’t comment on dry grip, although the odd tyre squeal when setting off on a hill. Which I had put down to a light car with rear wheel drive (Mx5) but now think it was due to rock had rubber. Yesterday I got caught in torrential rain on the motorway. No problems in a straight line but on the twisty B roads they were lethal! Driving at about 30mph the back end would wiggle and we span across the road at one time fortunately missing everything.
The car has Hankook Ventus Prime 4 on the front which look like new so I am swapping out the rears for the same. The Klebers are lethal!
Worst winter tyres I've owned. It seems they were made of some hard rubber which made them practically wear resistant yet almost dangerous in snow conditions. I even skidded twice at low speed during winters from what I managed to recover once but the second one was completely unrecoverable. Otherwise they were decent during weak winters with lack of snow.
Very good tyre for the money. Was bought together with vehicle in 2009.
I changed 2 sets of summer tyres and these winter ones are still in very good condition. A bit noisier, and don't expect premium grip, however for moderate and a bit above moderate driving it will stick to the road quite ok.
