CROSSCLIMATE 3

<p>I live in Poland, in the Lesser Poland region. We usually get around two months of snow, three to four months of summer, and the rest of the year is mostly rainy. Temperatures generally range from around -5°C to 30°C, although they can occasionally drop as low as -20°C.
As for the tires, they are very comfortable in everyday use. The only issue I've experienced was losing grip when I hit black ice on the road. It happened twice, but the tires regained traction almost immediately.
Another thing I've noticed is that these tires have increased my average fuel consumption compared with the separate winter and summer sets I used before. My average went from around 5.5 l/100 km to 6.1 l/100 km of diesel.
In terms of wear, after 15,249 km (around 9,500 miles), I would estimate that I've used roughly a quarter of the tread.</p>

Excellent tires! As a heavy driver with about 70,000 km per year (75% highway / 15% mountain / 10% city and countryside) and a dynamic driving style, I've done 115,000 km with this set by swapping front/rear for even wear. First time I've gotten this much out of tires! Vehicle is a 2021 508 SW GT 2.0 HDI 160. I recommend without hesitation if your wallet allows, as they are also the most expensive in large size.

<p>We’ve had these tires mounted through winter, spring, and summer seasons. One of the first chances I had to drive on this set was following a rare ice event with clear ice coating on the road surface. My impression was that these CrossClimate 3 tires might offer more grip than the snow tires I ran some years back.
They’re comfortable and reasonably quiet on most road surfaces. While they are not particularly sporty, I don’t think there’s a better option available for our city car. I will buy these again.</p>

<p>Bough them before last winter soon after they came out. Winter felt better than budget winter tyre. In dry and wet condition they feel much better than summer Riken UHP I bought car with. I have driven on them in temperatures from -15 to +40°C and they work well in all conditions. Only on ice, they are less than ideal, just like most tyres without spikes...</p>

Excellent tires as a replacement for Winter tires is central European climate. My review is based on their performance in period winter tires are required by the law. I wore them from mid October to be of May. Drove 14k kms and i'm very happy with them. Excellent in dry condition (for AS/AW tire) better than any winter tires, but worse than most summer tires until temps fall below 15°C. Better than any summer tire on dry and wet under 10°C. Just OK on >25°C
Wet condition are very good, little weaker on breaking, but handling and aquaplaning in wet are fantastic.
Snow performance are excellent too, no significant difference between them and premium winter tires.
Ice is a bit tricky, they are usable but notice special, most midrange winter tires are noticeably better on ice, but in the same time if ice is smooth they are neck to neck with best winter tires (neither of one is really good but manageable, while some winter tires absolutely suck on smooth ice)
Comfort, they nailed it here, a little noisy but ride comfort is excellent especially when consider good response and accuracy on steering along with fact that they absolutely tell you where limit is and still have excellent control after passing that limit (their famous understeering).
Are they sporty, not really they are not made for that purpose.
Wear is excellent after 14k km they lost only ~1mm (±0.1mm),but don't expect them to last this long in summer
