<p>I’ve put nearly 30,000 miles on the tires. They are quite noisy and they did not balance well. I had to pay a tire shop extra to Road-Force balance them. The ride is now tolerable. Wet and winter weather traction has been miserable, with only slight improvement as they’ve gotten some wear on them. They’re fine in the dry. I’ve lost at least 2 mpg’s in fuel economy as compared to the OEM tires. I will not be buying these or the updated nAT tires again. Reviews were promising, but the tires have not met expectations.</p>

I drive on these tires for nearly 6,000 miles in Pennsylvania, through all types of weather. My initial thoughts were that the ride was solid and sure footed with good handling in dry and wet pavement conditions. I would occasionally spin on wet pavement when starting from a dead stop and on a slight uphill grade. That should have been my first clue as to what I was in for with snow and ice traction. Traction in deeper snow isn't too bad and was according to expectations for an all terrain tire with a reasonably aggressive tread design. Ice traction (and I realize that nothing gives you great ice traction) is miserably treacherous. I recently took a trip into the mountains of south central Pennsylvania on a snowy day. Roads were untreated and there were only tire worn ruts in the snow down to what appeared to be bare asphalt pavement. On slight to moderate uphill grades, my drive axle (rear) tires would break free and I would start to fishtail while exerting very little accelerator pedal pressure. (This was in a 2022 Ford F150 4WD pickup truck with no significant weight in the bed of the truck.) Under conditions where I would not normally have to do so, I had to put the truck in 4WD and use the "Slippery" drive mode, which mutes accelerator response, and the ride became a little less "white knuckled." I've been driving for almost 50 years and have driven well over a million miles and these tires provide the worst ice traction of any tire I've ever driven on. In addition, the ride is noisier and my drop off in fuel efficiency has been more significant than expected based on review that I read. I cannot yet speak to how they will wear, but I'm just hopeful that I survive through the next couple of winter seasons to find out. It's good thing I'm a cautious and reasonably skilled driver.
I would not buy these tires again.

I installed these on my 04 2500hd gmc for hauling long distance with my rv. By far the best tire I’ve had plenty of traction while off-road while on road wear is minimal have hauled an 11,000 lb camper across the country twice on this set and they are holding up very well. During an ice storm in Eugene oregon I was able to put 4wd on and I was passing cars and trucks left and right.. if you value your safety on and off road I would purchase a set of these

I used Nokian tires on my Ford F-150 for several years now. In summer I used the Rotiiva and found them to be excellent for handling on rain-slicked pavement and on gravel roads. In winter I have a dedicated set of winter tires on steel rims for our brutal cold, snowy winters in Manitoba, Canada. For winter I have been using the Hakkapeliitta. The Hakkapeliitta tires are the best winter tires I have ever had. Even though the tread looks more like a summer tire, the softness of the rubber gives excellent traction in deep snow and slush and even on ice.
I just put on a set of Nokian Outpost tires for the upcoming season. I am on back country roads for the forestry work I do, and these tires provide that extra bit of confidence on forestry roads which are less than ideal (i.e I would never take a 2 wheel drive vehicle on them even in summer). Yet the tires are extremely quiet on dry pavement, and they don't tend to allow the vehicle to 'wander' on loose gravel roads. The engineers at Nokian knew what they were doing when they designed the tread sipes on this tire. I love the lugs that wrap over the sidewall for a bit of extra traction when the going gets rough!!!! Great work Nokian!!!!!!

Best snow tyres I had in my life. Good on ice and very good on snow. I didn't tried them on dry pavement yet neither on gravel, sand or mud. But I'm confident, because of the grip on snow, that they will perform well off road. The worst is the noise... and gas consumption. It's a choice.
