With sport tyres, grip in every situation is what decides — under hard acceleration, under braking, in the dry and in the wet. Pirelli PZERO WINTER belongs to this group. Stability at higher speeds and precision through corners come on top of that. One thing drivers often underestimate when buying: grip comes from a softer compound, and a softer compound wears faster. Where a standard tyre covers roughly 40,000 km, a sport tyre manages about 20,000 to 30,000 km — and considerably less with a sharper driving style or a heavier, more powerful car.

Have it on my Mercedes e-coupe. Best high performance winter tire I had.
I drive a 992 Carrera 4S in the Pacific Northwest. I'm using the Porsche OEM version of this tire (N-rated). In the snow I've had no problems with grip, under normal fairly cautious driving. But that is where the benefits of this tire end for me. In the dry or damp, the handling feels unpredictable in bends in a way I've never had before, like the grip limits are far lower but it's hard to sense at what speed or how it will behave. In the wet, these are abysmal. I've had ABS kick in under just slightly harder-than-usual braking. On a slightly damp surface (a couple hours after rain), a friend with the same car but on summer tires (in 37F / 3 C weather!) did a hard 0-60 at a highway entrance without issue - I was behind him and tried the same, but got wheel spin and wheel hop as the AWD scrabbled for traction. I'll also add that the rubber on the sidewalls appears to be breaking down, the tires are 2.5 years old and have always lived indoors.
If your winter is mostly snowy, these are not bad, but if you get mild rainy winters with minimal snow, like the PNW, I'd avoid these.

Superior noise control than Sottozero 3 and Michelin X-ice. Amazing comfort, in comparison among whatever runflats or non-runflats. Very good winter tires for limos.
Performance is a bit of disappointing. There’s no magic for winter tires putting down all 590 lb-ft torque on snowy days, even M760i is all-wheel drive, which they are supposed to be. Lateral grip on dry road is pretty good, bringing the confidence and feeling when cornering with summer tires back to winter days. Ice grip is poor while the grip on packed snow is even worse. Wet grip is not quite decent either.
Would definitely repurchase for the comfort a limo just need. But in scope of performance, think twice on the trade-off: snow/ice grip, which are the definitive advantage of winter tires over summer tires, for summer tire-class (P0 PZ4 runflat? Definitely not Michelin PS 4 S class) lateral grip on dry roads.
Conclusion:
Pros: Awesome comfort and noise control; good lateral grip and responsiveness
Cons: Poor ice grip and snow grip.
This is essentially pirellis flagship sports car winter. If you buy it you should know this ahead of time. I saw reviews of people putting these on suvs etc and complaining about performance.. they definitely would not shine on a larger heavier vehicle. this is the BEST winter you can buy for the application. I have a set of these on my 2022 wrx and they are incredible. They put the power down like nobodys business. Only downside I've noticed is deep snow cornering. Although this is a pretty obvious trade off given the tread pattern. You cannot have good dry performance without the external shoulder blocks this tire has but they also sacrifice deep snow cornerability so know this before you buy. All in all these are an incredible tire and get my car through snow as deep as the ground clearance. But What more could you ask for in a winter
