The largest and best-selling category, and Pirelli SCORPION VERDE belongs to it. No single property is pushed here at the expense of the others — comfort, grip, noise and tread life keep a sensible balance. For most drivers it is the safest bet: the tyre behaves predictably in the dry and in the wet and covers a decent number of kilometres.

What owners say
63500 kilometres, and just creeping to the legal limit. On a Tiguan Allspace 132TSI in Victoria Australia. So happy I’m replacing like for like. Chris
"Rushed" purchase of two tyres due to road trip puncture. Quickly switched them to the front due to their tendency to lose grip on wet corner far quicker the the pair of continentals on the other axle. The understeer is much more controllable with them up front vs the unpredictable oversteer when fitted at the back. This understeer is not gradual, but comes on suddenly. Quite comfortable and low noise, but will see how this changes as they wear more. Wear is not great compared to the Continentals, almost catching up to the older tyres tread depth in only a few years. Appear to track well on uneven roads, and responsive with spirited driving on windy roads. Not great with aquaplaning, floating at much less speed than the continentals. Braking, wet and dry seems to be fine, and tyres has responded well to emergency situations sucessfully.
Used on an Audi Q3 which i bought second hand. Put 35 000kms on them - city, motorways and country roads and they are still ok, 3-4mm left all round. Grip is excelent, confort and road noise is on point - compared to the Dunlop SportBluResponse which i had before on my other cars. They ride just as good even at 170-180km/h. I am confident in every turn, even in the rain. I rubbed them against the curb a few times by mistake and they were alright. Tire pressure 2.5 Bar. Would buy again.
Worst tyres you could buy if you drive your car in monsoon season or where there are a lot of standing water, dangerous is the least of what you'd expect, even Asian branded cheap tyres has better aquaplanning resistance than this Pireli Verde. Lasted barely 20000 miles before tyres started chunking and dangerous even for dry surfaces.
I used these tyres on my armada 2012 for 5 years. Amazing tyres. Very good performance, no wear at all. I drove more than 200K kilometers.
Highly recommended for highways trips.
Now it's time to change. I would definitely buy again.
